Seeking a marketing team member to help grow and promote an original in-house golf game project. This position offers the opportunity to take on a wide range of marketing tasks, with a focus on social media operations, promotional planning, content distribution, and event coordination. Applicants comfortable appearing on social media platforms are especially welcome.

▼ Social Media Management (X / YouTube / TikTok / Instagram)

• Planning, filming, editing, and posting social media ads
• Data analysis and ad optimization (training available for those without experience)

▼ Event Coordination

• Supporting the planning and operation of in-house content and promotional events

▼ Other General Marketing Tasks

• Assisting with additional marketing activities across the company

No special skills or prior experience required.

• Five-day workweek (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays off)
• Year-end and New Year holidays (approx. 3 days per year, subject to change)

Monthly salary: ¥230,000 – ¥350,000 (includes 5 hours of fixed overtime pay)

• Base salary: ¥200,000 – ¥330,000
• Fixed overtime: ¥8,200 – ¥13,500
• Additional overtime paid if working hours exceed fixed amount
